ATTENTION ALL MACINTOSH COMPUTER USERS:
We have determined the cause of the problem some of our Macintosh users are experiencing when trying to
access the WebResults system.
If you are receiving an error message similar to "Encryption Error", the problem is caused by using the
Macintosh version of Microsoft's Internet Explorer web browser.
The WebResults system uses a secure connection between you and our web server to protect your information over
the internet. The version of Internet Explorer developed for Macintosh computers is NOT a fully functional and
fully secure web browser. Its does not support the encryption strength required for most modern SSL certificates.
This is a result of the Microsoft/Apple battle, not a result of anything to do with our system.
The recommended solution to this problem is to use another browser such as FireFox or Netscape on your
Macintosh computer, as it is unclear whether updating your MacOS or MacIE browser actually fixes the problem.
